Mike and Gail Knecht

Mike's wife, Gail Knecht, an accomplished painter for 9 years dared Mike to pick up a brush for himself and Mikey likes it.

He loves creating impressionist art and is inspired by the experiences of living in the country near Brighton, Ontario and travelling to destinations around the world when time allows. He is still a full time residential real estate sales representative selling city and country properties. 


From an early age Gail has had an interest in creating her own clothing designs, painting, drawing and taking photography.

She was the designated sports photographer for her kids sports teams as they grew up. Her life has been filled with family, career and travel. Her goal was to dedicate more time to painting once the kids were on their own.
With the kids beginning their own independent lives She and her husband Mike decided to move from Toronto to the country near Brighton.

With more time and the inspiration provided by the private country surroundings she began fulfilling her passion to paint.
