Observing wildlife, nature and the beauty of changing seasons has always been a great influence in my life and art. My interests in butterflies and moths, birds, and dogs are represented in my art. Recently, my focus has been more on contemporary realism.

Drawing media including Coloured Pencil, Watercolour Pencil, Pastel Pencil and ink allow me to depict the detail in my subjects as I explore the beauty of nature in Canada. I am primarily self-taught and have participated in studio tours in Ontario and Alberta.
