Susan Moshynski
Susan Moshynski was raised in Prince Edward County and returned there after living and working in Toronto as a Graphic Artist. She graduated with a Fine Arts degree from York University and studied Communication Arts
and Illustration at the Ontario College of Art and Design.
She is a published political cartoonist and a member of the Association of Canadian Cartoonists.
Her cartoons and caricatures have been in the Globe and Mail,
Toronto Star, Kingston Whig-Standard and locally in the County Weekly The Parrott Gallery displayed her cartoons in a solo show in 2007 and she had a solo show of her recent paintings there in 2018.
Recently Susan has developed a style of acrylic landscape painting that incorporates loose brush strokes and vibrant colours and she
continues to draw and paint figures and portraits.
In the fall of 2018 she conducted a Continuing Education course through Loyalist College (Beginners Acrylics).
Susan shows her paintings in local galleries and at her home studio
on the Rednersville Road. Her work has been accepted in juried shows at the Parrott Gallery, and recently at the Colborne Art Gallery and
Art in the County in Prince Edward County.
